Bagging line for inclusions

Inclusions specialist Pecan Deluxe Candy (Europe) has made a significant investment in a new, bespoke packaging line that will increase the company's bagging capabilities by up to 400 per cent. The turnkey solution, set up in a dedicated sterile unit, has enabled Pecan Deluxe not only to increase its bagging capacity, but also to significantly reduce the time for which frozen goods are exposed to ambient conditions to just seconds. In addition, the transition time can be adjusted for delicate products and the bag size selected from 150mm width for larger bags to 60mm for sachets.
