The bakery sector is changing in step with society, particularly in the UK. "We are definitely getting more adventurous in the kitchen, both at home and on the high street," explains Sarah Wilson. "I love that there has been an explosion of everything baking related in the UK as it such a fun industry to work in." Wilson decided to merge her two passions - her career as an art director and a love of baking and all things sweet - to create Hey Little Cupcake! "I've been a creative thinker ever since my mum taught me how to bake and my dad taught me how to draw," she explains.
