Q: You have invested to extend your business over the past couple of years - how has 2019 been for you?2019 has been fascinating so far, for us it's a big shift away from continually focusing on customer service to consumers through the restaurant to now focusing on cocoa quality, processing and systems, it's a very different way of thinking and working. It's been a big upheaval but we're really excited with the progress and developments we've been able to achieve.
