Plot A - 2 Television Centre comprises 25,000m~2 of post- tensioned slab, precast columns and bespoke architectural finishes, which house a new ten-storey commercial block Above this is a private members' club, cinema rooms, a roof terrace and swimming pool. Quality and programme were key client drivers for the project; structural concrete was exposed used in various locations as the final architectural finish, producing a building that feels light and welcoming.
