Auf der Grundlage des FDB-Typenprogramms und der Muster-texte für die Ausschreibung wurden durch die FDB im Gemeinschaftsarbeitskreis Elektronik im Bauwesen (GAEB) Textbausteine für das Standardleistungsbuch für Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten im Teilbereich Konstruktiver Betonfertigteilbau -STLB-Bau LB 013 T - erarbeitet. Durch die VOB-konformen Leistungstexte wird die Ausschreibung von Betonfertigteilen erleichtert und durch die vollständige, eindeutige Leistungsbeschreibung die Vergleichbarkeit der Angebote verbessert.%On the basis of the FDB-Typenprogramm of the Professional Association of German Precast Element Manufacturers (Fach-vereinigung Deutscher Betonfertigteilbau, FDB), and on the specimen texts for submission, the FDB developed in the common research group concerning electronics in building (Gemeinschaftsarbeitskreis Elektronik im Bauwesen, GAEB) text modules for the standardized directory of goods and services regarding concrete and reinforced concrete in the category building with precast elements - STLB-Bau LB 013 T. The texts, which are conform to the German construction contract procedures (VOB) and which define the goods and services, facilitate the submission of precast concrete elements. The comparability of the offers is improved by a complete and definite description of the goods and services.
