Jacksonville (FL)-headquartered CSX Intermodal (CSXI), whose rail network is concentrated in the eastern US, has expanded its operations significantly in the north-east. Firstly, the company has opened a new intermodal container transfer facility (ICTF) in Buffalo (NY), which is located near the US-Canada border.
