Stockhausen Tribute in the UK

An eight-day festival, "Klang:A tribute to Karlheinz Stockhausen," was held 1-9 November 2008 at the Southbank Centre in London, UK. The festival was curated by Oliver Knussen and included a world premier of Urantia, as well as Stock-hausen's final work, Zodiac. Other classic works were presented, including Mantra, Gesang der fuenglinge, Stimmung, and Trans. There were also late-night performances, lectures, and performer master classes held throughout the duration of the festival.
