The plaintiff in McMillen v. Hummingbird Speedway, Inc., [No. 113-2010 CD (Court of Common Pleas of Jefferson Co, PA 09/09/2010)], Bill R. McMillen, St., filed suit in an attempt to recover damages for injuries that he allegedly sustained when Wolfe rear-ended him during a cool down lap following a July 7,2007, stock car race. McMillen alleged substantial injuries.
