Welcome to Atlanta and Georgia Tech for the 21st meeting of the ASPLOS conference! We hope you enjoy your time here and sample the many attractions our city and campus have to offer. No conference is a success without a strong technical program. Congratulations are due to the Program Chair Yuanyuan Zhou and the Program Committee members for an outstanding job of selecting papers from a high quality submission field. Their diligence in this very difficult task is reflected in an exciting program and represents a deep commitment to the ASPLOS community. We all owe a debt of gratitude to them. The steering committee, in particular its co-chairs, Rajeev Balasubramonian and Al Davis, and its past chair, Vivek Sarkar, worked hard to keep ASPLOS on track. Our thanks are also due to them!
