The book Multi-Level Regulation in the Telecommunications Sector presents a very structured, methodical, and interesting account of adaptive regulatory arrangements in four countries: Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands and Switzerland. The editors combine insights from a four year international research project to assess the autonomy of regulatory institutions and the regulatory coherence. This longitudinal study offers a fresh perspective on the study of these topics, and contains very relevant findings for both practitioners and researchers.
