These notebooks take more than just notes

For many students at the University of Oklahoma's College of Engineering, attending class isn't what it used to be. Notebooks carried in students' book bags are now of the electronic variety. And with the school's new wireless network connectivity, the students have the freedom to access information remotely over the network. They can download lectures at convenient times from anywhere on campus, and they can receive and review course materials at their own pace. Students are able to expand the formal classroom experience in time and space.
