TfL launches new guide to delivery times

New guidance designed to pave the way for the responsible delivery of freight out-of-hours was launched by TfL at Quiet Cities. The guide-titled "Getting the timing right" - pulls together all the lessons learned and data gathered by the Retiming Deliveries Consortium, which comprises TfL; as yet unnamed operators; Sainsbury's and Tesco; the Freight Transport Association and Road Haulage Association and the London boroughs of Camden, Richmond and Kensington and Chelsea.
