Illegal downloaders subjected to scam

A new email scam targeted at Game of Thrones fans who downloadrnthe series illegally has been reported. Using guilt to trick the illegalrndownloaders into paying non-existent fines, the fraudsters are apparentlyrnsending out "phishing" emails purporting to be from HBO's computerrnsecurity partner IP-Echelon that threaten them with legal action unlessrnthey make a "settlement payment" within 72 hours.
