Global businesses can do more to prepare for legal risks

A GLOBAL report released by law firm Hogan Lovells has found that many of the world’s largest businesses could do more to prepare for legal risks such as tech bias, tech failure and data leaks.According to the report based on a survey of 550 businesses, less than half of large corporations globally are sufficiently prepared for lawsuits or reputational damage arising from technology-related issues.
