New, high-speed, aerodynamic dyeing process

So-called High-Speed Leveling (HSL) is a dyeing process, which offers major water, energy and time economies. HSL represents an interplay between a modern dyeing machine, technically mature products and computer-aided, optimized process control. Apart from massive time savings, colorfastness, evenness and fabric appearance are all excellent. The process presented here constitutes more than just an evolutionary advance and employs both the mechanical engineering possibilities offered by airflow technology and the latest dyestuff know-how and developments. The process was created in close cooperation between Then Maschinen GmbH as the machinery manufacturer and Clariant AG as the dyestuff specialist.
