SITRA's two-day workshop on 'Medical Textiles'

A two-day seminar on Medical Textiles was conducted at Rajapalayam, Tamilnadu Joindy by the Office of the Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India and the Soum India Textile Research Association (SITRA) on 23rd March 2010 and 24th March 2010. The programme was inaugurated by Mr. A. Arumugum, President and Managing Director, Arumuga Group of Companies. The keynote address was delivered by Mrs. Shashi Singh, Joint Textile Commissioner. During the keynote address Mrs Shashi Singh explained about the Government schemes and facilities for the entrepreneurs engaged in technical textile business.
