Archroma's MD inaugurates Inkpresso at Ankaleshwar Plant

DIGITAL textile printing is the fastest growing segment within textile printing. Increasingly, more printing mills are making the transition from conventional to digital printing. More than 20 billion linear meters of printed textiles are produced every year; currently, only around five percent of these are made using digital printing techniques. However, digital textile printing has an average growth of around 25% per year. So, Archorma's Ankaleshwar plant has installed the Inkpresso system for manufacture of digital ink for textiles. The Inkpresso unit was recently inaugurated by Anjani Prasad, Managing Director of Archroma India Nepal and Sri Lanka and Member of Global Leadership Team. As per his posting in social media, during his visit to the plant, he also interacted with his motivated staff who run safe and efficient operations for business in textiles, paper, home care products. Archorma has a plant at Roha in Maharashtra.
