Roger, from Regensdorf, Switzerland, sends us photos taken in 1987 during a visit to Istanbul, Turkey. At the time, many of the city's taxis were American cars from the Fifties, often with stretched wheelbases. 1. Three 1955 Chevys are among the cabs waiting to pick up fares. 2.
