It's not as easy as - buy product, display prod-uct, sell product, make money. The hidden costs and legal nuances of doing business are difficult to understand and easy to neglect. All members of the craft industry supply chain - manufacturers, distributors, chains, independent retailers - must dedicate some attention to employee issues. From health insurance to fami- ly leave, there are many types of human resource matters that, if not addressed properly, can cost you money. Workers' compensation is one such issue.
