Zenith Hygiene Group, a UK-based manufacturer and supplier of cleaning and hygiene chemicals and products, has acquired ABC Hygiene and Riverside Hygiene Supplies. Founded in 2003 by Oliver Johnson and Karen Rook and based in Hertfordshire, UK, ABC Hygiene provides washroom services, such as air purification and floor and entrance matting, across a multitude of sectors. The firm will come under the Zenith Hygiene brand name with Johnson remaining in place to oversee operations and the transition.
