DFへッドのメンテナンスとプロファイル最適化

摘要

Since we first supplied the DF (Direct Fountain) Coat, a curtain coater to a customer in 1995, more than 40 DF Coaters have already started up. It has been widely used for other grades including specialty/printing paper and paperboard in regions such as Asia including Japan, North America and Europe. We recommend customers to maintain the DF Head that has been used for more than 10 years as a part of our support and maintenance services. This service will further improve the coating quality of the coater by on-site checking/cleaning and surface finish of the interior of the head. In addition, we are providing total support services aiming to improve the DF Coat's coating quality by implementing profile optimization through actual measurement of curtain profiles. In this report we introduce their concrete examples and our newly developed profile measurement/ adjustment system.%カーテンコータである当社のDF(DirectFountain)コータ(写真1)は，25年ほど前から製紙機械用として開発が開始され，約10年の開発期間を経て1995年のDFコータ1号機以降，現在まで40台以上を納入している.その多くは感熱紙，ノーカーボン紙およびインクジェット紙などの特殊紙であるが,最近は印刷用紙,板紙(コートボールなど)における顔料塗料の塗工用途にまで拡大してきている.
