Ciwm was saddened to hear of the recent passing away of Richard Lee.In his time,he was influential in changing the face of the storage and collection of domestic refuse in the UK,from dustbins to the first 'dustless' refuse collection systems. Richard worked with paper sack manufacturers William Palfreys and Papropack throughout the 60s and made many contacts at councils across the UK in that time.
