Ralmer-Jones And Whelan Join The Board At WRAP

David palmer-jones (pictured left), chief executive of Sila UK, and councillor Clare Whelan, a member of the Local Government Association's Environment Board, have been appointed to the board of WRAP, its chairman, Peter Stone, has announced. The two new members will replace long-standing board members Mike Averill and councillor Kay Twitchen, both of whom joined the board upon WRAP'S inception in 2000 and have now decided to step down.
