Consultation On Controlled Waste Regulations

A Consultation on proposals to replace or amend the Controlled Waste Regulations (1992) relating to certain non-domestic properties has been launched by Defra and the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG). The consultation, which closes on 14 January 2011, sets out two possible options for further action on these regulations: to either issue guidance on the existing regulations or to introduce new ones.
