The untimely death of Kit Strange has created an enormous sense of loss in the industry. An unassuming, gentle man Kit's contribution to the knowledge base of the sector cannot be overstated. His reputation went before him when I was looking for an informed yet journalistic approach to conveying complex sets of issues in the final parts of the "Biffa Books" series and Kit certainly rose to the challenge with alacrity.
