According to Alison Conroy of Aebi Schmidt - one of the three "self proclaimed" Charlie's Angels, as featured in the last issue of MVO -the recent Aebi-Schmidt marketing event held at the Imperial War Museum at Duxford was a big success. Notable attractions included demonstrations of the new"Dragon's Breath" road patching repair unit and seminar sessions on the benefits of Euro-6 operation. Over 175 guests from across airport management, the public sector and from commercial contractors attended... but why Duxford? Aside from the historically interesting aircraft, Duxford is an airfield, thus highlighting the fact that aside from highway sweeping and winter maintenance, much of Aebi-Schmidt's business is airside. The event also saw the launch of CIWM's own Clean Britain Scheme for 2015, and the overall success will hopefully see it become be a regular part of the industry calendar.
