It seems that the waste and resources industry is going through a period of change. Not so much in terms of policy, or strategy, but personnel. It has been a long time since there were so many of the industry's "big hitters" making the headlines for the fact that they are stepping away from their roles, but in the last few weeks alone we have had Colin Church leave Defra, Dr Liz Goodwin announce that she is to step down from her role as CEO of WRAP, and closest to home of all was the news that CIWM's CEO, Steve Lee, was to leave his post at the end of 2016 too.
