Construction Price Adjustment Factor

Mr Tiny Krige, who is the Secretary of the Civil Engineering Advisory Council, in co-operation with Dr H Swart and Mr Henk Langenhoven, supplied the following information. Currently civil engineering construction contracts are subject to price adjustments during the contract period and these adjustments are made in accordance with the Contract Price Adjustment Schedule of the General Conditions of Contract 6th Edition (1990).
