Digital Designs Should Help Hurricane-Damaged Museum Recover

The city of Biloxi, Mississippi, had planned to open a new museum complex designed by Gehry Partners, LLP, of Los Angeles, early next year to showcase the works of American artists of the Southeast. But when Hurricane Katrina smashed into the 4 acre (1.6 ha) site of the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art, which is located on the Mississippi Sound, several of the partially completed buildings were severely damaged or destroyed.
