While the recent spate of major snowstorms has predictably heightened the polemics surrounding climate change, scientists and engineers continue to work to understand what is happening, how fast it is happening, and what changes may be necessary in the way we live. Building to Endure reflects the work of a group that is helping to chart a course for coming changes-and not just in the climate.
