The last three years have been difficult for everyone no doubt. Mainstream property consultancies have had their share of woes, with traditional markets drying up or closing down. We had looked with envy at the green revolution sweeping Scotland to meet government targets for renewable energy and pondered long and hard how we could transfer our skills and develop services in renewables and associated projects to open up a stream of work which would help us diversify from our traditional markets in commercial property, education, leisure and retail.
