摘要

Conclusions in liver transplantation, ischemic reperfusion damage may lead to heptic microcircula- tion disturbance, which is the major cause of graft fail- ure. Infusing PGE_1 into the donor intravenously before ischemia and adding PGE_1 to the cold storage fluid could improve hepatic microcirculation, and thus reduc- ing ischemic reperfusion damage in liver transplanta- tion. Objective To determine the effect of PGE_1 on Liver microcirculation disturbance following orthotopic liv- Er transplantation in rats.
