Leptomeningeal carcinomatosis: an unusual cause of headache in bronchial carcinoma

We report the clinicoradiological features of an uncommon cause of severe intractable headache in a 35-year- old woman with non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC). The clinical feature, treatment, an dutility of computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance(MR)imaging in leptomeningeal carcinomatosis are discussed.
