摘要

Pasteurella multocida (P. multocida), a Gram-negative pathogen, is mainly associated with animal infections. Human P. multocida infections are occasionally encountered and most human cases are due to the animal exposure or contact, especially due to cat bites. In China, P. multocida infections are rarely described.
