Conclusion: Inhibition of Ito cells proliferation and collagen synthesis is perhaps one of main mecha- nism of FZHYD in antifibrotic action. Objective: to explore mechanism of the effect of Fuzheng Huayu Decoction on Ito cell prolifer- Ation and collagen synthesis.
