摘要

The technique for introducing exogenous DNA into plants after self pollination was applied to introduce DNA of sorghum into wheat through the pollen tube formed during self pollination. A wide range of variations produced in progenies of the receptorand a new line with high yield and rust resistance was obtained. One and two dimensional gel electrophoresis analyses of the endosperm protein of the new line indicated that the donor genes were allowed to be transferred into wheat and expressed, meanwhile, a few genes of the receptor were found to be activated or inhibited, and molecular weight of several gliadin components varied, as determined by the differential rate of migration. According to these factors, the possible mechanism for the variationof the receptor caused by exogenous DNA was discussed.
