Quartz Crystal Microbalance Sensor Deposited with LB Films of Functional Polymers for The Detection of Phenols in Vapour Phase

In recent years an increasing demand for environmental monitoring has stimulated ana- lytical chemists to make greater efforts to develop a small, reliable, sensitive, selective and fast-responding detection system, the use of quartz crystal microbalance(QCM) devices has attracted considerable attention in analytical chemistry. QCMs are very sensitive mass mea- suring devices because of changes in their resonant frequency upon a weight increase on their surface.
