摘要

FTIR, UV-visible, fluorescence spectra and calculation of CPK model indicated that poly(1 naphthol) synthesized and assembled by horseradish peroxidase(HRP) in aqueous micelle was con- structed with orderly helical conformation, which was the lowest energy conformation of the poly- mer under this condition and resulted in an advancedπ-conjugated system.
