The novel Co~Ⅲ-CDX supramolecular complex [Co(en)_3]_2(CO_3)_3· 2(α-CDX) (1) was prepared and the circular dichroism spectrum showed that complex 1 is 25% A-rich (Λ:△ = 62.5:37.5). X-ray crystallography revealed the crystal structure of complex 1 and the reasonable chiral recognition mechanism of this system.
