摘要

A nickel hydroxide electrode with open-ended hexagonal nanotube arrays, prepared by hydrolysis of nickel chloride in the presence of hexagonal ZnO nanorods, shows a very high capacitance of 1328 Fg~-1 at a discharge current density of 1 A g~-1 due to the significantly improved ion transport.Recently, increasing power demands for electric vehicles and power tools have forced researchers to seek highly effective devices to store electrical energy. Supercapacitors, also called electrochemical capacitors, have been considered to be one of the most promising candidate devices by virtue of their high power density and long life cycle, and low environmental impact.
