摘要

We described the development of Cou-Rho-NO as the first small-molecule suitable for ratiometric fluorescent imaging of endogenously produced nitric oxide in macrophage cells. Nitric oxide (NO) is an endogenous signalling molecule produced by inducible and constitutive nitric oxide synthases.
