摘要

Biocompatible dual-modality imaging nanoprobes were synthesized by the electrostatic assembly of poly(γ-glutamic acid)(Gd-DTPA] and chitosan[IRDye800] and applied for the imaging of immune cells (phagocytic) and cancer cells (non-phagocytic). The synergistically integrated dual-modality molecular imaging technologies, such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)/optical, positron emission tomography (PET)/MRI, PET/computed tomography (CT), will be essential in future medicine for early diagnosis of disease and monitoring of therapeutic effects.
