摘要

An unexpected palladium-catalyzed cascade reaction of 2-alkynylhalobenzene with 2-alkynylaniline is reported, which provides a novel and efficient pathway for the synthesis of 11H-indeno[l,2-e]uinolin-H-ols. Cascade reactions1 have been demonstrated as an efficient tool for the introduction of molecular diversity and complexity in an astonishing pathway.
