Carriers offer prepaid cellular service

360 Degrees Communications has teamed up with RadioShack to bundle its PrePay cellular service with RadioShack cellular phones. With the PrePay service, customers purchase RadioShack phones and make a $75 advance payment. BellSouth Cellular is debuting its Prepaid Cellular program in its BellSouth Mobility South Florida Market. Customers can refill their account in 2 ways - by purchasing a new card at a local BMI store or at a participating agent or retailer or by credit card.
