Shipping carbonomics

Shipping emissions are currently at the center stage of discussion by the world shipping community. Reducing emissions is also a top priority for the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the EU and many coastal countries. The role of the IMO is very important as it the UN agency responsible for shipping. The IMO is also the forum in which maritime nations meet to discuss the current maritime matters of concern and agree all international shipping regulations.
