Move off as soon as you've started the engine - there is no advantage to letting a modern engine warm up by idling. Far better to drive off straightaway in most cases. The only exceptions are high-performance cars with turbochargers. On these, allowing the turbo (and engine) to warm up slowly and cool down naturally after a run will prolong turbo life.
