The 2006 Food Safety Summit brought together thousands of food processors, retailers, foodser-vice and government personnel along with more than 180 exhibitors for the most important food safety show in North America. The roster of keynote speakers featured the FDA's Dr. David Acheson, Wal-Mart's chief of emergency management and renowned animal scientist Temple Grandin.
