Although there will not be any ProSweets exhibit during the up-coming International Sweets and Biscuits Fair (ISM), which will be held in Cologne Jan. 30 - Feb. 1 next year, organiz-ers have scheduled the first topic-specific conference during the famed confection-ery exposition.The conference, which will focus on flavoring technologies and consumer preferences in the confectionery indus-try, will kick off at 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 1, in Koelnmesse's Congress Centre East, im-mediately adjacent to the ISM fair.
