Tens of thousands of pounds have been spentrnputting right errors in last year's £650,000 breach repair on the Stourbridge Canal, after boaters discovered that the channel was too shallow. The canal reopened in May after a four-week stoppagernfor remedial work to correct what British Waterwaysrndescribed as "an error" in reinstating the canalrnfollowing September's breach.
