Cauldon is another small, quietly impressive firm whose boats reveal quality and well thought details rather than headline-making tricks. The amusingly named Frog In A Bucket was just that: outwardly a conventional semi-trad but actually filling three pages in this reporter's notepad.rnLet's start with the fit-out: oak cabinets and hull sides with white painted cabin sides framed by oak again. The white painted ceilings look like t&g but are actually marine ply with routered grooves -harder to produce but more resistant to shrinkage and movement - while the saloon floor was Karndean strips, laid diagonally to great effect.
